I left a pony shop jacket with a yellow bottle in the back, and possibly some gloves at the start line of 35’s. Any chance that showed up in lost and found? sorry!

As anticipated the PSIMET crew of Rob/Anthony/Leah and everyone else completely crushed it and turned the park into a great course. The conditions really changed through out the day and made for what was a really slimey course in the morning into a sticky, heavy course in the afternoon. In any case, I had a blast and really enjoyed racing. The groundhog signs would make you laugh several times through the race, even when you thought your heart/legs were about to explode. No doubt this park can hold a double weekend of racing in the future and maybe even some bigger events!

I thought the downhill before the runup was really badass before the line was changed to slow you down, but I understand the safety reason to slow folks down. That tree didn’t look too soft! Also love the changes this year to the section before the pavement leading to the start finish. What was a series of slow corners last year was more flowy, with off cambers that made you focus. Great stuff!

In any case, thanks for a great race!

    Great race PsiMet!
I was mentally prepared for a slopfest, and it came up a bit short, however, still a tough course!
Finished Cat 4 in a PsiMet sandwich.
Hats off for the shorter barriers. They’re friggin tall for mt 5 foot 11. they must be absolute walls for kids, shorter folks, beginners, intermediates…
We may want to borrow them…

PSIMET – Thanks for great race! Shortening the the course for the junior race worked out really well. I hope this continues in future races. It’s really disheartening for a new 9 year old junior to only get one lap, maybe 10 minutes of racing. The shorter course allows the younger kids to get two laps and feel like they really raced. Thanks.

I second this comment. The few changes took only a little effort and made the obstacles age/ category appropriate.
Small juniors would’ve had a hell of time shouldering their bikes over uphill barriers.
      Thank you Rob and PSIMET.

3rd! Some of the younger juniors have a tough time getting all the way around

Can’t agree more. Thanks to Psimet for thinking of the Jrs and beginners. The more laps=more experience.

P.S. Hope everyone at SRAM feels better, missed seeing them in the pits!

Too bad SRAM owns the series, Shimano Tech rep would’ve provided Multi Service for free. 😉

Hi everyone, I think someone may have picked up my grey Gore jacket with zip off sleeves af the start line of the 4s. It has the old style zippers. I’m hoping someone realized this and dropped it off at the lost and found.

Did anyone accidentally pick up a pair of Gore arm warmers from the start area after the M4/5 race? I found my jacket, but alas, my arm warmers were nowhere to be found.
